About 01

I am a real estate developer and operator focused on complex projects that sit at the intersection of development, construction, infrastructure, and economic development. I currently lead Gateway South, a planned 100-acre redevelopment in downtown St. Louis focused on advanced building systems, manufacturing, workforce development, and new approaches to housing delivery.
Today, I am based between Southern Vermont and St. Louis.

Previously, I spent eight years at JDS Development Group, where I led the development and construction of major residential and mixed-use projects in New York and Miami, including some of the country’s most technically complex high-rise developments. My work ranged from entitlement and design leadership to direct construction management and project delivery.

Current focus 02

Gateway South

St. Louis, Missouri — 100 acres

A planned 100-acre redevelopment immediately south of the Gateway Arch, focused on advanced manufacturing, offsite construction, workforce development, commercial uses, and longer-term mixed-use growth.

As President, I lead the project’s development strategy, public-private coordination, leasing, financing, design, construction planning, and day-to-day execution.

Gateway South

St. Louis, Missouri
In development — lead

A planned 100-acre redevelopment immediately south of the Gateway Arch, bringing new manufacturing, construction technology, workforce training, and commercial activity to a historically industrial district.

As President, I lead development strategy, entitlements, incentives, financing, leasing, design, and construction planning.

02

The Brooklyn Tower / 9 DeKalb

Brooklyn, New York
Delivered — Construction lead

A 93-story residential and mixed-use tower incorporating the landmarked Dime Savings Bank — the tallest building in Brooklyn.

As Project Director, I led construction on behalf of the developer through completion and occupancy. Working with JDS’s in-house construction management team, I directed the design team, trade procurement, project staffing, cost, schedule, and day-to-day execution across the tower, landmark restoration, retail, and residential components.

03

Monad Terrace

Miami Beach, Florida
Delivered — Developer’s representative

A 59-residence waterfront condominium on Biscayne Bay designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel, built around a central lagoon.

Served as the developer’s representative during construction, managing the architect and consultant team, coordinating closely with Ateliers Jean Nouvel as design architect, leading finish selections and approvals, and overseeing owner-directed and purchaser changes through completion.

04

247 Cherry Street

New York, New York
Entitled — Design and approvals lead

A planned residential tower on the Two Bridges waterfront in the Lower East Side, one of the most contested entitlement efforts in the city.

Led the project’s design and directed the environmental review and community engagement process. Coordinated the architect, technical consultants, City Planning, and neighborhood stakeholders through a complex approvals and litigation process that resulted in $67.5 million in commitments for affordable housing, open space, and neighborhood resiliency improvements.
